- Take a lead on BIM projects, meeting the demands of the region, projects, and clients.
- Provide mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
- Identify and communicate any project or regional training needs and requirements.
- Attendance at industry conferences and provide feedback to the wider BIM team.
- Seek out opportunities with potential clients and work winning activities to promote our Digital & BIM capabilities.
- Lead the deployment of all aspects of the BIM strategy.
- Be an active contributor to at least one of the BIM Portfolios.
- Support the region in successful work winning, adoption and delivery of project Digital & BIM needs and requirements.
- Commercial awareness, as well as the capacity to modify strategy and technical needs to meet client/project/practice objectives.
- Confident leading and working as part of a team with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter, autonomous but able to work effectively with the wider team.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences, both technical and non-technical to lead project & regional transformation forward.
- Be driven to pursue continued education in Digital & BIM and connect with wider internal and external industry community.
