Salary - 38,000 -45,000

Location - Birmingham (Hybrid)

Overview

I am looking for an experienced building physics engineer local to the Birmingham area to work on a huge variety of projects including Huge multi-use infrastructure schemes, Industrial warehouses, offices, medical centres in London.

Established over 20 years ago, they specialise in MEP and Sustainable designs for a plethora of clients. Boasting a solid team of around 30 engineers they are now seeking an Experienced Building Physics Engineer to sit underneath the Team lead and autonomously run projects via the generation of Thermal models using IES.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Building Services or other relevant.
  • Experience in carrying out Elmhurst SAP calculations, Energy Modelling and Overheating in IES, TAS or similar software.
  • CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant (Desirable).
  • Experience writing reports for SAP, SBEM results or issuing Energy Performance Certificates.
  • Experience liaising with clients (Desirable).
