Cultivateandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithemployers,understandingtheirtrainingneedsanddeliveringtailoredsolutions.
PromoteanddrivesalesofApprenticeships,ShortCourses,andCommercialTrainingofferings.
Developandimplementastrategicbusinessdevelopmentplantomeetgrowthtargets.
Engagewithlocalandnationalemployerstoidentifyopportunitiesfortrainingdelivery.
Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensuresmoothonboardingandseamlessdeliveryoftrainingprogrammes.
Representthecompanyatnetworkingevents,employermeetings,andindustryforumstoincreasebrandvisibilityandfosternewpartnerships.
