The Carpenter Multi will be working on Void properties, and work will include:
- Carpentry
- Basic Plumbing
- Tiling repairs
- Patch plastering
- Decorating works
Ideally, I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi that:
- Has experience working within social housing
- Has qualifications in Carpentry or experience in a carpentry repairs role
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence (a company van will be provided from day one)
And in return, the Carpenter Multi will receive:
- 23 per hour
- A company van and fuel card
- A minimum of 3 months work
- The opportunity for a permanent position within the business
