- be responsible for supporting the Head of and each initiative's Delivery Leads with Business readiness
- absorb change and drive user adoption
- work closely with both BAU Change teams to develop a leading change management framework
- deliver sustainable business and people-related outcomes
- champion best practice in organisational change management
- provide expert advice for team members and the project/change community
HAVE a deep understanding of organisational change management within complex working environments, advising others in delivery.
BE adaptable, with a strong ability to communicate the benefits of people and organisational change management practices.
Knowledge/Experience Required:
- Leading and implementing organisational change.
- Working to defined standards and within defined timescales.
- Working at a strategic level and contributing to organisational success.
- Working with stakeholders beyond immediate team/vicinity (including third parties)
- Working with change delivery teams across different geographies
