The Role

We have an exciting role working as a Client Onboarding and Office Co-Ordinator to join a financial firm based in Birmingham City Centre! This is a fully in office role, offering up to 31k a year dependant on experience.

Responsibilities

This role is involved with 60% the whole client onboarding administration including AML, KYC and risk assessments, and then 40% of office management. This includes diary and meeting room management, preparation of proposals and presentations, greeting and hospitality, dealing with office and facilities management, assist with events and health and safety. This is a role you can make your own in an office that is supportive!

Experience

Previous experience within client onboarding is a must ideally within financial or legal, office administration is ideal but not essential.
