My client is a top tier UK international law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Clinical Negligence Senior Associate for their Birmingham office. The role has come about due to recent, continued growth. You will be handling you own caseload of fast track and multi-track matters, as well as assisting Partners on their high value caseload well into the millions. Some of the clients you will be acting on behalf of include public and private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, healthcare suppliers and distributors. The team advise on a range of healthcare matters, and you will have the opportunity to get involved in inquest and regulatory work. The ideal candidate will be 6 years + PQE with previous clinical negligence experience. Salary will be DOE but it will be late 50s to early 60s. WFH pattern is 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH (attending court will be a day in the office). They have a host of great benefits you'd expect from a top tier firm such as 25 days AL plus Christmas shut down, health and dental insurance, car scheme, life assurance 3* salary to name a few.
