My client is a top tier UK international law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Clinical Negligence Associate for their Birmingham office.   The role has come about due to recent, continued growth. You will be handling you own caseload of fast track and multi-track matters, as well as assisting Partners on their high value caseload well into the millions.   Some of the clients you will be acting on behalf of include public and private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, healthcare suppliers and distributors. The team advise on a range of healthcare matters, and you will have the opportunity to get involved in inquest and regulatory work.   The ideal candidate will be 2 – 4 years PQE with previous clinical negligence experience. Salary is £55,000 DOE.
