Our Client based in Birmingham is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor. You will be managing a high volume caseload of residential property sales. You will need to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, 3rd parties, customers and colleagues by phone and in writing, within tight deadlines.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Starting salary of £50,000.
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Thursday. 09:00 - 17:00 Friday.
The ideal candidate:
- A Contentious Probate Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE
- Have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- May have contacts in the local market and some following of work
- A confident communicator who is comfortable undertaking business development activity/networking
- Ideally, you will be ACTAPS qualified but this is not essential

- Working alongside leading solicitors, you'll handle a mixed caseload of high-quality matters including disputes between beneficiaries and executors or trustees regarding the performance of their duties and the administration of estates of trusts
- You will also be expected to supervise more junior members of the team
- Be involved in business development, networking and helping to grow the team.
