Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established law firm in the West Midlands, is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting conveyancers with the management of a busy caseload, including residential and commercial property transactions

  • Assisting pre- and post-completion matters, including land registry applications, and file archiving

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions

  • Conducting property searches and managing document preparation

  • Supporting the conveyancing team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant in a legal setting
