Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established law firm in the West Midlands, is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:Assisting conveyancers with the management of a busy caseload, including residential and commercial property transactions
Assisting pre- and post-completion matters, including land registry applications, and file archiving
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
Conducting property searches and managing document preparation
Supporting the conveyancing team with general administrative tasks
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant in a legal setting
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and processes
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
