- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leaseholds.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear and efficient communication throughout the process.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Assist in the development and growth of the firm's conveyancing services.
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner or in a similar role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and legal procedures.
- Ability to handle a busy caseload and work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Proficiency in case management systems and MS Office.
