- Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.
- Handle transactions such as sales & purchase, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
- Ensure cases are processed in a timely, cost-effective manner.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and other potential work sources.
- Generate fee income in line with agreed targets.
- Independently manage work allocation, productivity, and quality, with minimal supervision.
- Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or equivalent experience in managing your own conveyancing caseload.
- Recent experience in the legal profession, with a proven track record in conveyancing client case management and fee earning.
- Strong organisational and process-driven mindset.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of business targets and their impact on the practice.
- Commitment to delivering an excellent standard of client care.
- IT literate, with experience using a web-based case management system.
- Experience handling client enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone.
