Key responsibilities of this roles would include:

  • Being the first port-of-call for visitors to the office; meeting and greeting, escorting visitors to the correct location and providing refreshment, including making coffees using the barista machine
  • Managing meeting arrangements: coordinating meeting room diaries, ensuring catering requirements are arranged and the meeting rooms are well presented
  • Administrative tasks including the handling and distribution of post, and logging client information on systems
  • Opening and closing the reception area; maintaining the reception area to the highest standard
  • Other front of house duties when applicable

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within a customer-facing role, ideally within professional services. Applicants must have outstanding communication and organisational skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
