Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a number of Cover Supervisors to work within Secondary Schools across Birmingham, Worcestershire, Solihull, Coventry & Dudley - £150+ per day, immediate starts available.

The successful candidate will have an open mind in covering a range of subjects throughout the day on a daily basis - certain schools willing to offer permanent contracts!

QTS/PGCE is desirable but not essential - Past Secondary School Experience is a must!

Daily Tasks will include:

- Delivering planned lessons- Be adaptable to cover a range of subjects at the last minute- Strong in behaviour management- Building relationships with staff & pupils- Helping pupils achieve high performance in the lead up to GCSE exams
