We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team and manage the payroll processing for our temporary staff. This role is working a temporary basis with a view to turn permanent for successful candidates.Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for temporary employees on a weekly basis, ensuring timely and correct payments.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update payroll data, including employee details, hours worked, and pay rates, into the payroll system.
  • Data Management: Maintain and organize payroll records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating payroll reports for internal use and client review.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients and temporary staff to provide payroll support and information as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within a payroll or recruitment environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data and calculations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experienced with payroll or data entry software.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle payroll issues efficiently.
