Our client, a leading organisation in the apprenticeship sector, is currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) Hospitality End Point Assessor (EPA) to join their innovative team. This fixed-term role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals looking to transition into a rewarding role shaping the future of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering aspirational assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness
  • Working with apprentices and their employers to plan, conduct, and report on End Point Assessments
  • Making fair and independent assessment judgements based on the standard's grading criteria
  • Carrying out necessary administrative tasks and keeping sector knowledge up to date
  • Collaborating with an expert and friendly team to support the business's ambitions
  • Providing flexible working arrangements, including working from home and field visits
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in front and back of house including housekeeping, reception, and event management
  • Industry experience in roles such as chef and cook
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles at a minimum of level 3
  • An assessor's qualification
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other IT systems (training provided for EPAPro)
