Are you an experienced Estimator looking for an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing business in the Aluminium Rainscreen Systems and fabrication industry? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision, cost estimation, and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budget and full quotations for clients.
• Conduct accurate take-offs from architectural drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Work closely with subcontractors and specialists to ensure smooth tendering and project progression.
• Identify cost-saving solutions and value engineering opportunities to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
• Maintain and update logs of enquiries, grading and prioritising workloads effectively.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in an estimating role within Aluminium Rainscreen Systems, fabrication, or flashings.
Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in cost estimating software and CRM systems (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
