Job Description: Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team, focusing on refurbishment and bespoke construction projects within live healthcare environments. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing technical drawings, and assessing project specifications to deliver competitive tenders. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting site visits to gather project data.
Developing comprehensive budgets and cost plans.
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge for material and labor costs.
Collaborating with project managers to ensure cost control.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, preferably with refurbishment projects.
Proficiency in estimating software and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
