Standing out for their high-quality delivery on site, this groundwork and civils company are subcontractors to PLC housebuilders including Redrow, Persimmon and Miller Homes. Due to continued success, they have expanded their operations and therefore have an opportunity for an Estimator to join their team. Projects are between £1-5m with a company turnover of £100m.

As an Estimator you will be...

Preparing a projected net cost model for proposed projects and managing and controlling the tender process through liaison with other departments, contractors, and the client.
