Are you an experienced Administrator who has previously worked in a Manufacturing or Production environment?

Do you want to work for a family run business, who has an exciting history and are based in the heart of Birmingham?

  • As a Factory Administrator you will be based in the main office, reporting to the Factory Director and Manager.
  • As well as being office-based, you will also be liaising with your colleagues on the factory floor so previous experience of previously working in this environment would be ideal.
  • Your responsibilities will also include liaising between the their other factory regarding issues that may arise and any support that may be required.
  • Also liaising with contractors regarding site maintenance and projects.
  • Dealing with outside contractors about H&S/Compliance queries and issues.
  • Sourcing and ordering of materials, ensuring supplier costs are logged and ensuring best costs possible.
  • Delivery and receipt of goods in and organising PAT tests.
  • Ensuring maintenance is completed on all equipment and dealing with maintenance issues.
  • You will also support the Management team with on-site projects and covering other roles where required.
