  • Assisting fee earners with a varied family law caseload, including divorce, financial settlements, and children matters.
  • Preparing legal bundles and court documents.
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Using the CCMS portal for case management.
  • Arranging meetings and attending hearings as required.
  • Supporting clients with their matters and providing high-quality client service.
  • Taking on matters independently as you gain experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working within a Family Law department.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience using the CCMS portal is desirable.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
