SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive - Fleet and Logistics Remote Must have previous sales experience and ideally have a background in Mechanical Engineering £35,000 + Commission + Car Only candidates based in the Midlands will be considered Job Overview The Field Sales Representative - Fleet and Logistics will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with potential clients, and managing existing accounts within the fleet and logistics sector. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of fleet operations, and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will focus on selling our mobile phone mounts to businesses that rely heavily on their fleets, ensuring our products enhance driver safety and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities within the fleet and logistics sector. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, including transportation companies, delivery services, and logistics providers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Organise product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of mobile phone mounts for fleet drivers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, providing product support, and offering tailored solutions. Work closely with clients to understand their fleet requirements and recommend the most suitable product configurations. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the fleet and logistics space to stay informed of opportunities and challenges. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager. Contribute to the overall sales strategy by sharing market intelligence and suggesting new approaches for market penetration. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns. Collaborate with the product development team to offer customer feedback and insights for future product innovations. Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and installation.
