Job Description: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be crucial in expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our fibre broadband services directly to residents in your designated area. This role requires a self-driven approach and a passion for sales, as you will work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting:Identify potential customers by prospecting potential customers in designated neighbourhoods and engaging them in conversation about their internet needs.
  • Building Relationships:Establish rapport with potential customers to understand their preferences and concerns, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales pitches highlighting the advantages of choosing our fibre broadband over competitors.
  • Handling Objections:Address questions and concerns from potential customers, utilising persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

Training and Progression:

Training: (business development program) This is our exceptional in-house training that will give you the opportunity to not only develop new skills but also allow you to build and train your own team.

Progression: The BDP will allow you to build your own career starting from an entry level position. We will teach and coach you on how to grow your own business and show you the pathway to success.

Qualifications:

  • No experience is necessary as training will be given, but ideally, having sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential based on sales performance. Top performers can earn significant income.
