Mitchell Adam is delighted to once again be partnering with our longstanding Manufacturing client. Based in Kingswinford, Dudley, this business has firmly established itself as a bespoke designer and manufacturer of a niche, historically rooted product. As part of a prestigious group, they are now seeking a motivated Finance Manager to join their team on a 30-hour-per-week basis, helping to oversee the day-to-day financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and an understanding of its complexities. Any exposure to stock or costing would be a plus. This role will offer variety, from preparing accurate cash flow reports and management accounts to assisting with budgeting and forecasting and managing a team of two.
What We're Looking For
- AAT Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience, enabling you to step into the role with confidence.
- Seeking a 30-hour workweek with flexibility, making it ideal for parents or those with other commitments.
- Prior experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential - an understanding of stock and costing would be beneficial.
- A strong communicator who can engage with stakeholders and integrate seamlessly into a close-knit, family-style team.
