Role: Fire Alarm Engineer
Location: Midlands (Mobile Role)
Salary: Up to 43,000, Plus Vehicle
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role: As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems across various sites within the Midlands region. You will work independently, providing expert technical support to ensure systems are running efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems across a range of commercial properties.
- Perform regular servicing and inspections in line with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide expert advice to clients on system performance and upgrades.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and provide timely, high-quality solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of works completed and report any issues or potential improvements.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Fire Alarm Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, installation, and maintenance.
- Relevant qualifications, such as FIA certification (or equivalent), would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence as this is a mobile role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time efficiently.
