Salary: Up to £45,000

A well established maintenance company is seeking an experienced Forklift Engineer to join their team in Birmingham. The role involves carrying out repairs, maintenance, and servicing of forklifts. The successful candidate will work both on-site and at client locations, ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and related equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure machines are safe and compliant with regulations.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers on equipment issues.
- Complete service records and job reports accurately.
- Work independently or as part of a team, traveling to client sites as needed.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Full UK driving licence.
