NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is in search of a Senior Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for a small caseload of foster carers, and you will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager to help oversee the other Social Workers on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for supervising a small caseload of 4-6 carers in the Birmingham area
  • Help supervise the other social workers on the team
  • Be a part of recruiting new foster carers and assist in the service's development

Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
  • At least 2 years experience within a fostering service
  • Up to date with current legislation
