Experience: 2 years +
Qualifications: Blue CSCS NVQ LVL 2 Skilled Card, SSSTS, CPCS preferable,EUR

Ganger experience
Your role as a Ganger will be based in Water B8 1AU and will consist of:

Lead and supervise a team of construction workers.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.

Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality.

Inspect completed work to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.

Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain quality.

Monitor the progress of work and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.

Perform risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.

Maintain accurate records of work activities, progress, and any incidents.

Complete and submit necessary reports and documentation as required.

Ensure that all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
