My client is an established and financially stable leisure – Holiday Park, with 3 pubs-bars off site from the holiday park, with a great reputation and exciting growth plans. They are looking for a General Manager with multi-site experience in the pub sector to take on a key leadership role at their holiday park in Devon.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations OR Multi site General Manager from the Pub sector, ideally you must be able to relocate for this role. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the park. This site has a lot going on and over time you will take on the whole park in 6/12 months, a business hitting over 8 million per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the holiday park's operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and implement strategies to maximise revenue and minimise costs.
  • Establish clear communication channels to ensure a seamless flow of information across the site.
  • Manage customer feedback, ensuring all complaints are handled efficiently and preventative measures are in place.
  • Lead by example, fostering a customer-focused and positive work environment.
  • Make decisive, proactive decisions to drive operational success.
