The Company:A very well-established business in the finance industry.
Main duties:Offer support to clients and brokers
The Role:- Answer clients’ enquiries by phone, email and letters- Develop and maintain relationships with clients- Create reports and present to management team when required- Liaise with other teams within the company- Maintain performance standards and achieve targets
The candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous office experience - Ideal- Excellent communication skills- Strong IT skills- Self-motivated and driven candidate
