Consult Energy are working with a leading net-zero focused business who are looking for a Head of Bureau Services to join their team. if you are a Bureau Manager or a Head of Bureau Services looking for an exciting new role don't hesitate in applying for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bureau and validation services, ensuring high-quality client delivery.
- Lead the service delivery team, including mentoring and career development.
- Manage relationships with third-party partners, ensuring they meet service level expectations.
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting to meet client expectations.
- Analyse data to support client energy strategies and business growth.
- Drive new revenue streams, including water audits and bill validation projects.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Report on department performance to senior management via structured KPIs.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing a bureau services/bill validation team.
- An understanding of energy and water billing would be valuable but isn’t essential.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and IT skills.
Location: West Midlands (hybrid – 2-3 days/week in office)
