What You'll Do
- Shape Strategy: Develop and execute the procurement strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals. You'll be driving this forward with a small team, so expect to be hands-on!
- Lead Negotiations: Manage supplier negotiations across multiple spend categories, securing the best terms and optimising cost without sacrificing quality.
- Build Supplier Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best pricing and performance.
- Streamline Processes: Oversee purchasing processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and that they are always moving fast without breaking the rules.
- Drive Savings: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements while meeting annual targets.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work cross-functionally to drive improvements in the cost base and supplier terms, helping the organisation to continue delivering top-tier services to their customers.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ yearsof strategic sourcing experience, preferably in the hospitality and F&B sector.
- Proven track record of building strong supplier relationships, negotiating key contracts, and driving cost savings.
- Experience leading change in procurement practices and improving business performance.
- A passion for collaborating across teams and getting into the nitty-gritty of operations.

The successful candidate will be offered £75,000 + benefits, DOE. You will need to be onsite as business demands it. You could live in the central belt of England.
