Head of Venue Production

Central Birmingham

Salary 45,000 plus bonus and benefits

Full time permanent role Monday to Friday (some weekends as with event work)

Duties:

• Lead, manage, and develop the team based within the Venue
  * Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service
  * Oversee technical solutions for live, virtual, and hybrid events
  * Collaborate with sales staff on client show rounds and sales efforts
  * Provide detailed quotations, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
  * Manage all rigging and AV production in the venue's conference suite
  * Ensure the maintenance equipment at venue

Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in event production, technical AV support, and team management
  * A strong track record in building client relationships and delivering commercial results
  * Strong knowledge of live event systems, hybrid event solutions, and venue operations
  * Experience in producing accurate costings, quotations, and CAD drawings.

Please note this role is full time based in the Venue in Central Birmingham. There may be an opportunity for the role to become Hybrid in the future when operationally sound.
