We are seeking an Heating Surveyor to join a national contractor working within the social housing sector carrying out Surveys nationwide.

You will need to possess a strong background in surveying heating systems and ideally have experience of air source heat pumps (ASHP)

This role involves travel across the UK, with overnight stays required where neccessary with accomodation pre booked and overnight allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Surveys: Perform comprehensive heating surveys and assessments on residential and commercial properties to evaluate existing systems and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare Reports: Develop detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential solutions, ensuring compliance with PAS 2030 standards.

  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, installation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from assessment to implementation.

  • Site Visits: Travel to various locations across the UK, which may involve overnight stays. Accommodations will be arranged as needed.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to heating systems and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PAS 2030 qualifications desirable nut not issential

  • Experience: Proven experience in heating surveying, with specific knowledge and experience in air source heat pumps (ASHP).

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical information and data.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required for travel.
