- Maintain employee data in the HR Information System, complying with Data Protection Act & GDPR guidelines.
- Compile and maintain digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
- Assist with all recruitment processes; including job adverts, candidate communication, and managing the Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including contract production, referencing, and right-to-work checks.
- Manage the offboarding process, including end-of-employment letters and coordinating leaver tasks.
- Edit and generate standard and relevant HR letters and paperwork.
- Assist with documenting employee compensation and benefits.
- Develop HR administrative processes and procedures.
- Support internal and external inquiries related to the HR department.
- Note-taking during formal disciplinary, grievance, or appeal meetings.
- Oversee HR events and meetings, internal newsletters, and manager-employee communications.
Requirements
- Proven administration experience within an HR/People department.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- CIPD Level 3
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.
- Understanding of GDPR and employment law.
