  • Maintain employee data in the HR Information System, complying with Data Protection Act & GDPR guidelines.
  • Compile and maintain digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
  • Assist with all recruitment processes; including job adverts, candidate communication, and managing the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including contract production, referencing, and right-to-work checks.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including end-of-employment letters and coordinating leaver tasks.
  • Edit and generate standard and relevant HR letters and paperwork.
  • Assist with documenting employee compensation and benefits.
  • Develop HR administrative processes and procedures.
  • Support internal and external inquiries related to the HR department.
  • Note-taking during formal disciplinary, grievance, or appeal meetings.
  • Oversee HR events and meetings, internal newsletters, and manager-employee communications.

Requirements

  • Proven administration experience within an HR/People department.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • CIPD Level 3
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.
  • Understanding of GDPR and employment law.
