Employee Relations Advisor

Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We're seeking a confident and commercially minded ER Advisor to join our team, providing expert support on high-profile and complex cases with potential litigation risks.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, long-term sickness, capability, redundancies, and client removals.
  • Advising managers on complex ER issues, ensuring a fair, legally sound, and commercially practical approach.
  • Handling cases with potential litigation risks, providing strategic guidance to mitigate exposure.
  • Drafting key ER documents, including allegations, outcome letters, and case evidence reviews.
  • Coaching and influencing managers to improve ER capability and decision-making.
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance ER processes and policies.
  • Ensuring all cases are managed within agreed SLAs and recorded accurately in the case management system.
What We're Looking For:

? Strong ER experience with a track record of handling complex, high-risk cases end to end.? Excellent employment law knowledge, with experience mitigating litigation risks.? Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.? Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.? Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume ER environment.
