This role is best suited to an experienced IFA administrator that is confident completing administration duties, and also comfortable completing annual reviews and basic suitability reports. In addition to a generous salary, the business will provide exam support all the way to Chartered, and there is progression should you be after it.

The Business

The company is a thriving chartered firm supported by a dedicated team. To elevate their operations, they are seeking an individual with solid IFA administration experience who would thrive in a close-knit team environment. There is available onsite parking as well.

The Role

You will primarily provide administrative support to the team, assisting with the preparation for annual reviews. Your responsibilities include communicating with clients, scheduling meetings, processing new business transactions, and obtaining information from third parties. You will also handle ad-hoc requests such as withdrawals, fund switches, and top-ups.
