Installation and Service Engineer
West Midlands based - UK wide travel
Up to 50k DOE

Your working environment will be split between an office-based environment and site visits to survey, install, commission, service and calibrate at our customer sites.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking for diversity and ability to drive their career forward. The role will be shaped by the successful application based on their willingness to work hard and help drive business forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Industrial electrical wiring.
  • Mechanical installation.
  • Switchgear.
  • Fault finding.
  • Servicing and calibration.
  • Machine surveys.
  • Product training.


Experience

  • Initiative-taking individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate industrial electrical and mechanical abilities including hand tools.
  • Knowledge of control panels, switchgear, pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation & control systems, and PLC's.
  • Able to understand technical manuals and drawings.
  • Working at height < 8m.
  • Problem solving.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Well-articulated and presented
  • Willingness to be flexibility to support the business.
  • Full driving license.
