Interim HR Transformation Project Lead: c60,000 +benefits (HybridRole). 6 month FTC
This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. In this role youwill manage a small HR team, supportingstakeholders across the country.We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a wide ranging skill set and a positive, can-do approach. You must have up to dateknowledge of the CQC framework and its implications for HR (please highlight this on your application)

On a day to day basis you can expect a varied workload including

  • SupportingtheDirector of Peopleto deliver the 3 year plan andPeoplestrategy.
  • Managingprojects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Utilisingallavailable data to spot trends, highlight risks and make effective decisions.
  • Helping create a culture of teamwork, performance and continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring/supporting and leading thePeopleteam towards a business partnering model.
  • Providing support to operational managers and thePeopleteam on a wide range ofHR and ER matters.

The successful candidate musthave:

  • Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders within thesocialcaresector.
  • Up to date knowledge of the CQC framework and its implications for HR.
  • A passion and commitment for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • A pragmatic approach to HR
  • Experience of working with the deaf community and British Sign Language (BSL) is beneficial.
