The team of skilled artisans is dedicated to producing items of the utmost quality, and they are now seeking an experienced Master Regalia Jeweller to join their esteemed team in Birmingham.

They are seeking a seasoned Jewellery and Regalia Polisher who will be to polish high-quality items (medals, regalia, jewellery, etc.) that flow through our workshops daily, ensuring the pieces are polished to perfection. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will enhance the beauty and value of our products

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a jewellery/regalia polisher or similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Proficiency with polishing tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of various metals and finishes used in jewellery making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Meticulous and patient.
  • Tidy and organised.
  • Adaptable to the fast pace of production.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.

Highly Advantageous:

  • Proficiency in electro-plating.

Duties:

  • Polish and finish regalia & jewellery pieces to a high standard using various tools and techniques.
  • Inspect pieces for any defects or imperfections and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure all polished items meet the company's quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Maintain and clean polishing equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with jewellers and designers to achieve desired finishes and effects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues to the production manager.
