Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter for a role with a housing association in south Birmingham.
The position requires relevant social housing experience and proficiency in plastering, tiling, plumbing, and carpentry.
Candidates must have their own van and be able to complete a basic DBS check.
The pay for this role ranges from £23 to £24 per hour, with weekly payments available.
This position offers work until Christmas.

We are currently looking for a experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter to complete work for a well established housing association in south Birmingham .This position is working in the social housing sector and would require your own van.As the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter you will be responsible for:

Full plastering of the properties
Completing jobs to high standards
Caprentry
Tiling
Plumbing

The successful Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will;

Have relevant social housing experience.
Be competent in plastering,tiling, plumbing and carpentry
Have to complete a basic DBS

Some benefits the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will receive:

£23-£24 per hour (Self Employed payment basis available)
