Your Role as Duct Cleaning Supervisor

You will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance team's success by:

  • Overseeing and managing daily workloads through careful coordination of schedules and priorities.

  • Ensuring manpower requirements are met and team members are fully informed of their duties.

  • Supervising Duct Cleaning Operatives to maintain high standards of work according to specifications and training.

  • Assisting with on-the-job training for new team members in collaboration with the Regional Supervisor.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Ventilation system cleaning

  • Kitchen extract fire safety cleaning

  • Water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment

  • Experience in the duct cleaning industry is highly desirable.

  • A proactive and organized leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including days, evenings, nights, and occasional weekends, based on job requirements.
