• Reports to: Head of Learner Engagement
• Location: Birmingham
• Salary: 24k-27k
• Type: Full-time, onsite (not hybrid/remote)

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Birmingham.

Role Purpose

• Help connect students with apprenticeship opportunities by working with employers and promoting the programs.
• Ensure apprenticeships are filled quickly and efficiently, while providing ongoing support to both students and employers.

Main Duties

• Work to increase the number of apprentices successfully matched with employers.
• Promote the apprenticeship programs to students and employers in a clear and effective way.
• Collaborate with account managers to post job openings and help recruit students for apprenticeships.
• Track students who are selected for interviews and record the results.
• Provide support to students and employers throughout the apprenticeship process.
• Maintain records and ensure timely placement of students with employers.

Requirements

• Related experience
• Level 2 Maths & English
• Excellent in customer service
• Able to pass a DBS check
• No previous convictions
