GRG are pleased to be working with a top tier legal services organisation, who are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their commercial team. They are looking for a Legal PA who shares their values and is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

This is a permanent role, working on a hybrid basis and up to three days in their Birmingham city centre offices and paying up to £34,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the legal department
  • Managing the diaries of the legal team
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
  • Managing incoming calls and emails

What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience as a Legal PA in a law firm, commercial experience desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
