My client is a top-level national Law Firm looking to recruit a Legal PA to work within their dynamic and highly successful team. This is an opportunity to provide high quality support to a team of highly talented lawyers where you will be their right-hand person. The role will entail juggling a variety of tasks and is hybrid.

  • Diary management, acting proactively where possible and highlighting any diary clashes.
  • Organising litigation files and assisting with Court forms
  • Preparing Court bundles
  • Dealing with billing, including of IP litigation matters, issuing invoices and any related client queries, and monitoring the team’s cash collection
  • Preparation of draft emails and correspondence for approval and producing / amending documents
  • Using SAP to produce weekly performance reports for the team.
  • Organising meetings, travel arrangements, hotels etc.
  • Opening and closing client files in line with best practice
  • Undertaking money laundering compliance on new client inception and compliance checks
  • Producing letters of engagement
  • Preparation of expense claims
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database with relevant client contact details.
  • Liaising with clients over the telephone and at times in person
  • Event organisation for client and team events

Applicants must have previous Legal PA/Legal Secretarial experience .
