THE COMPANYWe are proud to support a well-established and highly regarded telecommunications business in their search for a Marketing Effectiveness Manager. This exciting role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business performance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping media strategy through expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality testing, and audience analysis.

This is a strategic, insights-focused position and does not involve hands-on coding (e.g., no SQL, Python, or R required).

THE ROLEAs the Marketing Effectiveness Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence high-level decision-making and contribute to the company's success by transforming complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating sophisticated data analyses into clear, impactful insights tailored for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to embed media effectiveness insights into the strategic planning process.
  • Partnering with external agencies to develop and execute advanced testing methodologies, including incrementality testing, audience segmentation, and experimental designs to refine marketing strategies.
