Our client is one of the leading consultancy within the UK, certified by UKAS and MCERTS, that specializes in Stack Emission Testing and Occupational Hygiene. They serve clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, providing thorough testing and consultancy services.


A bit about the role:

  • Discover and report at least one proactive hazard identification per month.
  • Zero RIDDOR or lost-time incidents on relevant projects.
  • The MCERTS engineer should uphold all MCERTS qualifications.
  • No instances of non-conforming work, such as inaccurate reporting or failure to adhere to procedures.
  • The MCERTS Technician should ensure that job file checks exceed 95% compliance.
  • Guarantee that all assigned equipment is regularly maintained, serviced, calibrated, and PAT tested in accordance with the Quality Management System.


Whats required:

  • Strong knowledge of the MCERTS/CEMS
  • Candidate can be based anywhere within the UK but must be happy to travel.
  • Adherence to all client H & S policy
  • Adherence of the company QMS
  • Interaction and communication with clients
  • Undertake sampling in accordance with prescribed procedures.
  • Travel to customers sites.
  • Site Review Meetings
  • Site inductions
  • Planning and preparation of sampling equipment
  • Cleaning, preparation, repair, and calibration of test equipment
  • Preparing and authorising SSPs, site reviews, risk assessments & test reports
