My client is an international law firm, and they are looking to recruit an Associate to join their motor fraud team in Birmingham. The fraud team is one of my clients fastest growing departments. The team as a whole covers a large range of insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, your role will primarily have an emphasis on motor fraud. You will be managing your own caseload of motor fraud claims, carrying out investigations, taking witness statements, interpreting medical records and so on. There will be the opportunity to get involved with business development activities within your team and across the firm. My client already has well-established, prominent clients and you will be tasked at maintaining and developing these client relationships, as well as seeking and developing new clients and relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous motor fraud experience or just motor experience. The team is also closely linked with the EL/PL and CAT PI department with plenty of opportunities to get involved in these areas of law too. Salary is £55,000 DOE + bonus. There is plenty of flexibility with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
