About the Role

As a Multiskilled Engineer, you'll ensure equipment runs efficiently through reactive and preventative maintenance. You'll minimize downtime, support continuous improvement projects, and maintain safety and food standards while working closely with colleagues across the site.

Key Responsibilities


* Respond swiftly to breakdowns and minimise downtime
* Perform planned preventative maintenance on production and site assets
* Fault-find and carry out root cause analysis
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
* Support site improvement projects and maintain organised engineering areas

About You

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a mix of electrical and mechanical skills and a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is helpful, but we're open to candidates keen to develop their skills further.

Key Skills

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in mechanical and electrical disciplines
* Fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement
* Experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments (food manufacturing preferred)
* 18th Edition Electrical Certificate and experience with Mondini packaging or Herbert Labellers is a bonus

Working Hours

  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
