Candidates must possess their own vehicle and tools, be CIS registered, and have a valid driver's license, with a preference for those who have a CSCS certification.
The role involves various construction tasks, requires good problem-solving skills, and demands punctuality, trustworthiness, and motivation.

Multi Skilled Trades person(Immeadiate start)

You must have multitrade experience

Salary: 150-250per day (depending on experience)

Our client specialises in live environments, such as refurbishments in all sectors of the building industry

Looking for an experienced multi skilled construction worker

Essential Skills:

Multi trade experience essential
Musthave proven track record to deliver high quality builds and have a good knowledge of construction and regulations.
Own vechicle and tools
Capentry /Joinery
Tiling
Bathroom fitting
Plastering
Quality workmanship essential
Must be willing to travelas we have jobs all over, however we have a lot of work in Birmingham and Midlands

Jobs would include:

Kitchen fitting
Bathroom fitting - tiling and fitting bathroom items
Joinery/carpentry
Problem solving
Good customer service
Candidate must be punctual, trustworthy, motivated and can work on own initiative and work to a high standard
Drivers license with van and tools preferable.
Must be CIS registered.
building: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
CSCS (preferred)
Ability to commute
